Electronics Policy

1. No Cash Refunds

We do not provide cash refunds for any electronic items.

In case of a verified manufacturing defect, a store voucher of equal value will be issued for replacement or future purchase.

2. Opened Products

Opened or used products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards to qualify for inspection.

3. Defective or Faulty Items

Defects must be reported within 2 days of purchase or delivery.

Our team will inspect or test the product. If found defective due to a manufacturing issue (not user damage), we will issue a store voucher equal to the product's value.

Physical damage, liquid damage, or issues caused by misuse are not covered.

4. Exchange Process

To request an exchange or report a fault:

  • Our team will review and confirm if the item qualifies for a voucher refund

5. Warranty Claims

Food Items Policy

1. No Return or Refund

Due to hygiene, safety, and freshness reasons, we do not accept any returns or offer refunds for food items once sold or delivered.

This policy applies to all dates, snacks, sandwiches, drinks, and similar consumable products.

2. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a wrong item or a visibly damaged product (before opening), please contact us immediately upon delivery.

Once verified by our team, a replacement may be arranged depending on availability.

Opened or partially consumed products are not eligible for replacement or refund.

3. Order Cancellation

Food orders can only be cancelled before preparation or dispatch.

Once the order is prepared or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Clothing & Apparel Policy

1. Innerwear & Hygiene Items

No returns or refunds are accepted for innerwear, undergarments, or any hygiene-related clothing items due to personal hygiene reasons.

Please check your order carefully before completing the purchase.

2. Other Garments (Dresses, Tops, Pants, etc.)

Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

If the item is found defective or damaged at the time of delivery, you may return it within 7 days of purchase or delivery.

3. Refund Method

For all approved returns, we issue a store voucher equal to the product value.

The voucher can be used for your next purchase within 90 days.

No cash refunds will be provided.

Accessories, Bags, Shoes & Perfume Policy

1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The item must include all tags, boxes, and accessories as received.

Opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

4. Refund Method

All approved refunds are issued as a store voucher, valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

Vouchers can be used toward any product in-store or online (if applicable).
